Biography

Judge Amy Page brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the firm. She serves as a full-time district judge in the Cherokee Nation, presiding over criminal, civil, and family law cases. As a judge, she has further developed her deep understanding of the legal system by hearing and deciding cases and by continuing her legal education at advanced trial evidence programs designed specifically for judges.

Judge Page began her career at Oklahoma's Department of Human Services, Child Support Division. She played a pivotal role in shaping Oklahoma's law by authoring the state's child support and Uniform Parentage Act statutes and being part of a small team that developed Oklahoma's child support calculator.

For high-net-worth-individuals and families, the standard child support formulas might not capture the true cost of raising children. This can lead to "add-on" child support, exceeding the base guideline amounts. Judge Page is an advocate with special insight into the nuances of child support calculations and the legislative intent behind them. Her knowledge is crucial for the development a compelling case that ensures your children are well-supported while protecting your assets from an overly burdensome financial obligation.

Judge Page's extensive experience representing high-net-worth clients in family law matters equips her with a keen understanding of the complex financial considerations at play. She can navigate complex asset valuation, income fluctuations, and the impact of spousal support on child support calculations. This holistic perspective ensures a comprehensive strategy that safeguards your financial security while prioritizing your children's needs.
