Aaron Bundy is a trial lawyer. He represents private clients in all types of legal disputes, ranging from confidential planning to trial and appeal. His experience in trial work is best demonstrated by his board certification in family law trials by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Aaron is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma, New York and Washington, D.C.

His practice includes advice and representation in matters involving prenuptial agreements, gestational agreements, extraordinary support claims, and complex property matters such as valuation and division of intellectual property, artwork, livestock, and qualified and non-qualified deferred compensation. Years of negotiation, trial and appellate work inform the unique, strategic and confidential guidance that Aaron offers his clients. With planning, many high conflict situations may be won or avoided before anyone enters a courtroom. When trial is necessary, Aaron Bundy is known by his peers and by the bench as an efficient, prepared, and highly effective trial lawyer. In all cases, Aaron Bundy provides the personalized counsel and dedicated support his clients deserve during some of the most stressful and uncertain times in their lives.

After law school and after trying a number of cases, Aaron went through advocacy training at the National Family Law Trial Institute in Houston, Texas. He returned to the program for their Advanced Business Valuation seminar the following year. He has written numerous articles about trial skills and techniques, and he has delivered presentations across the United States to attorneys and judges about the rules of evidence and cutting-edge trial skills and techniques. Recognized as leader in his field, judges and attorneys frequently contact him when they have a legal question or encounter a novel issue.

Aaron Bundy is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for family law.
