Aaron D. Bundy was born and raised in Sapulpa, in Creek County, Oklahoma, which is home to some of the greatest trial lawyers of the 20th century. Aaron grew up hearing about the trial wins of brothers "Wild Bill" and Jack Sellers, the Youngs, Creekmore Wallace, and Mike Jones, as well as nearby Tulsa lawyers Tomy and Jim Frasier. All he ever wanted to do is try cases. Immediately after passing the bar exam in 2006, Aaron tried and won multiple high-conflict, contested cases, in each case obtaining custody of young children for the father. He has been trying custody and divorce cases throughout Oklahoma ever since.

Aaron works to obtain positive outcomes for his clients from the fallout associated with failed and betrayed relationships, including divorce and family law, criminal charges involving family members, and conflicts arising from business and social relationships, such as partnership disputes and broken agreements. The focus of Aaron's legal practice is to best position each client for maximum success.

The statistics say that most cases settle. Most criminal cases end with a plea deal, and most lawsuits and divorces are resolved by agreement. However, the cases that do not settle need a trial lawyer. Aaron Bundy goes to court and tries the cases that don't settle. People seek him out when they have been falsely accused or when they are being bullied or pressured to take a bad settlement. Aaron is often hired just weeks or even days before trial. He was asked to step in and help literally in the middle of a trial when the client's lawyer quit the case because the lawyer did not know what to do to keep the client out of jail (Aaron kept the client out of jail). He is frequently engaged as the second, third or fourth lawyer in cases that have been bogged down by attorneys who know how to push paper around and spend their client's money fighting over "discovery" without ever putting a witness on the witness stand or getting anywhere close to an acceptable outcome for their client.

In all cases, Aaron Bundy provides the personalized counsel and dedicated support his clients deserve during some of the most stressful and uncertain times in their lives. He has helped numerous family law and divorce clients resolve their conflicts and reach agreements with regard to their property division, contentious child custody matters and more. He has also secured favorable outcomes for those accused of serious criminal offenses, such as sexual crimes, and in personal injury claims arising from someone else's negligence or wrongdoing.

Aaron has written numerous articles about trial skills and techniques, and he has delivered presentations across the United States to attorneys and judges about the rules of evidence and cutting-edge trial skills and techniques. Recognized as leader in his field, judges and attorneys frequently contact Aaron when they have a legal question or encounter a novel issue.

Aaron Bundy is a fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He is board-certified as a family law trial lawyer through the National Board of Trial Advocacy, which was the first National Board Certifying Organization accredited by the American Bar Association. Aaron has been recognizedby The Best Lawyers in America for family law.

After law school, Aaron trained at the National Family Law Trial Institute in Houston, Texas.
