Catherine grew up in Clinton, Oklahoma, and earned her B.A. in Public Relations with a minor in Social Justice from the University of Oklahoma before continuing on to graduate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
In law school, Catherine was actively involved in student leadership, serving as president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and the Dean’s Walking Club, while also holding positions with the Student Board of Governors, Graduate Student Senate, and the American Constitution Society. She distinguished herself in advocacy through moot court and mock trial, earning induction into the Oklahoma Order of Solicitors and the David Swank Professionalism Award.
Catherine gained practical experience in the Civil Legal Clinic, where she represented clients in family law matters, and later with the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Special Victims Unit, supporting cases involving vulnerable members of the community.
Outside of the office, Catherine enjoys biking, playing pickleball, and being with her dog, Henry.
