About Us

Bundy is a family law trial practice serving clients across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri.

Our clients include business owners, executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs whose property, careers, and children require representation equal to what is at stake. We represent them in divorce, business valuation, equity and deferred compensation, prenuptial agreements, child custody and relocation, international and interstate matters, and appeals.

Two of our partners are board certified for family law trials by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, a credential held by a small number of attorneys nationally. Two are fellows of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. One is a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. We built a law firm designed for clients rather than for lawyers

Legal disputes are stressful enough. You should not be made even more anxious about when is the next court date, how to contact your lawyer, when you’ll hear back, when you’ll get a bill, what you’re being billed for, or how to prepare for the next event in your case. It’s worse when there are mixed messages, with one attorney saying one thing and another saying something different, and even worse when you don’t hear from anyone for days. Those are the complaints and concerns we heard about typical law firms.

So we did something about it. We created a written process built on best practices for civil and criminal cases so that every client receives a uniform experience, no matter which attorney they work with. We created a system incorporating the newest, best technology — including artificial intelligence, automatic document generation, and automatic text message reminders — to reduce human error and ensure efficiency, quality control, and reliable updates for each client. Our offices use industry-leading software to coordinate and schedule meetings. When an event is scheduled for a client, that client receives a text and then a reminder. We bill twice a month, on the 1st and 15th, and each billing statement includes details about all time and expenses billed, so no client is waiting 45, 60, or 90 days only to be hit with a surprise huge bill.

We offer several types of fee arrangements for our clients, ranging from flat fee options for no-contest and pre-agreed cases to blended rates for complex, contested matters.

Our home office is near Utica Square in Tulsa, at 2200 S. Utica Place, Suite 222. We have other locations: in Sapulpa, in the Lon T. Jackson building at 26 S. Park, and in the Ledger in Bentonville, Arkansas, at 240 S. Main St.
