Grace Ann Green

Associate Attorney

Biography

Grace Ann Green brings a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to family law representation, and she backs it with the kind of advocacy training most attorneys never pursue. She recently completed the eight-day Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute at the National Family Law Trial Institute, an intensive nationally recognized program in which she stood up day after day to conduct direct and cross-examinations, deliver opening statements and closing arguments, and be critiqued on each by some of the most accomplished trial lawyers in the country. It is not a credential lawyers earn passively. It requires taking a full week away from practice and accepting expert critique in front of peers. Grace Ann did it early in her career, by choice, because she believes her clients deserve a lawyer who has been measured against a real standard.

Driven by a strong commitment to family law, Grace Ann is also a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC). The AFCC is the leading international, interdisciplinary organization dedicated to the resolution of family conflict, and its members include judges, mediators, custody evaluators, mental health professionals, and lawyers from around the world. Her ongoing engagement with AFCC’s specialized education and training keeps her connected to the broader professional community that takes this work seriously and continually informs how she approaches each case she handles.

Born and raised just outside Atlanta, Georgia, Grace Ann moved to Arkansas for her undergraduate education at Harding University and stayed in Arkansas for law school. She graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in May 2025, having built a foundation through clerkships, externships, clinical work, and pro bono service, practical experiences that gave her real exposure to clients, files, and courtrooms before she ever started practicing law.

She is dedicated to providing thoughtful, thorough representation, and she approaches every case with the same combination of preparation, care, and clear communication her clients have a right to expect.

Grace Ann is licensed to practice in Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

Outside the office, Grace Ann coaches youth soccer.
